Sophie loves her breakfast!
She is one of the many new moms we have on the farm right now. She isn't a petter. She came to us as a rescue, so we don't know her background. She is kind but standoffish.
We began with eight and thought that was an overload and now we have 27! They get grain in the morning between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and evening between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
We have three herds: Sawyers (a bull) herd, Diesels (a bull) herd, which Sophie is in, and a Mini herd. They love grass and hay but are particularly fond of the grain. They will chase you for it!
